If you’re looking for waterfront property in West Nipissing, the municipality says Scout’s Island is available.
The property on the Sturgeon River, in the area of Holditch and John streets, has been declared surplus.
A reserve bid of $175,000 has been set.
Officials say bids will be accepted until Nov. 22, 2024 (2 pm).
A site visit is scheduled for Nov. 14 (2 pm).
