Local organizations, businesses and community groups are being invited to hand out candy at West Nipissing’s safe Halloween event.
It’s being held Oct. 31 (5:30 pm to 7:30 pm) at the Marcel Noël Hall at the West Nipissing Community and Recreation Centre.
Officials say over a thousand trick-or-treaters typically visit the event.
Registration is taking place on the municipal website by Oct. 30.
