Ontario Municipal Partnership Funding is on the rise in West Nipissing.
The Municipality is receiving over $7.1 million from the province for 2025.
That’s about $680,000 more than it received for this year.
The increase was announced in this week’s Fall Economic Statement, with funding going up by $100 million across Ontario over the next two years.
The province says the additional investment will provide financial relief for municipalities to support their priorities and specific needs.
