Two West Nipissing residents are facing drug possession for the purpose of trafficking charges after Almaguin Highlands OPP stopped a vehicle last week.
Provincial police say they were alerted to a suspended driver by their licence plate recognition system just after 8:30 pm last Thursday (April 17) on Highway 11 in Armour Township.
They say $20,000 worth of suspected cocaine, methamphetamine and Oxycodone pills were seized along with a debt list and cell phones.
Both of the accused, ages 37 and 56, were held for a bail hearing.
