West Nipissing OPP is asking for the public’s help with a theft investigation.
Officers say that sometime between September 17 and September 20, an unknown culprit(s) took a wood chipper and snowmobile trailer from the property located on Poirier Road in Lavigne.
The wood chipper, which attaches to a tractor, is orange in colour and described as a 2019 DR PTO, Pro 475P. It is valued at approximately $2,000, while the snowmobile trailer was valued at approximately $1,200. It is described as a 1995 CERK, S96 that is grey in colour. At the time, it had a licence plate that read E1539K.
The investigation is ongoing and police say if anyone has any information regarding the person, or people, responsible for this theft, to contact the OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or their nearest police authority.
