Community Living West Nipissing is one of four area community agencies receiving an increase in provincial funding.
Nipissing MPP Vic Fedeli announced the added funding, including a quarter of a million dollars more for the local agency.
“Our local agencies make our communities stronger, more resilient and inclusive,” says Fedeli. “By strengthening support to community agencies in Nipissing, we are helping them deliver critical services to people in need.”
Community Living North Bay is getting over $560,000 with $230-thousand dollars for One Kids Place.

The Children’s Treatment Centre says it will use the money for children’s rehabilitation services.
Mattawa Community Living is receiving just over $100,000 in added funding.
