A freezing rain warning is in effect for our area.
Environment Canada says 2-5 mm of ice build-up is possible.
The weather agency says snow and ice pellets will begin early Wednesday afternoon before changing to freezing rain in the afternoon and into the evening.
Meantime, student transportation officials say all school buses across all weather corridors are cancelled today (April 2).
Schools remain open.
